Immediate need for a senior level administrative assistant with recent experience in the medical field. This position will directly support the Chair of a department at a local hospital with the following duties.
-Coordinate onsite and remote meetings
-Prepare presentation materials
-Prepare reports and presentation materials
-Coordinate travel when needed
-Process expense reports
-Assist with set up for weekly conferences
-Other office duties as needed
Requirements:
Prior recent experience providing administrative support to upper level management in a hospital setting
-Efficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
