We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Administrative Assistant to be the organizational backbone of our clinic. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a crucial part in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our clinical operations.
Our office is completely reliant on the Epicelectronic health record system. Therefore, to ensure a successful and swift onboarding, we require all applicants to have prior, verifiable professional experience working within the Epic platform.
Important Application Requirement: Only candidates with direct work experience using Epic will be moved forward in the hiring process.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Efficiently manage a high volume of calls, scheduling, and patient flow using Epic.
Accurately enter and retrieve patient information, ensuring data integrity within Epic modules.
Coordinate with clinical staff and manage physician schedules.
Handle insurance correspondence, co-pays, and basic billing questions.
What We Need From You:
Non-Negotiable: Demonstrated, real-world experience utilizing the Epic EHR system in a clinical or hospital setting.
Number years of administrative experience in a medical environment.
A strong commitment to patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
