Position Summary The UCLA School of Dentistry (SOD) is searching for an individual with a dental assisting and/or dental office administrator background who will play a key role in supporting clinic operations, patient management, and administrative tasks. Under the guidance of the Group Director, the incumbent will assist with patient coordination, communicate doctor’s instructions, and ensure adherence to clinic policies. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing phone inquiries, overseeing patient recruitment for the Denture Course, and maintaining clinic inventory. Additionally, the incumbent will participate in patient chart audits to ensure compliance with record-keeping standards and provide essential support to the Clinic Supervisor and Director on special projects and assignments. Salary & Compensation *UCLA provides a full pay range. Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. (Required) Clear verbal communication skills for interacting with patients and staff, maintaining professionalism in all interactions. (Required) Education, Licenses, Certifications & Personal Affiliations Registered dental assistant, dental assistant or equivalent experience in a dental office or school clinic setting.
