Responsibilities: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver flawless care to adults in evaluation or listed for liver transplant. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic test interpretations. Develop personalized treatment plans and effectively communicate them to patients and their families. Perform procedures such as liver biopsies, paracentesis, and ascitic fluid analysis. Monitor patients’ progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction. Actively participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to advance patient outcomes. Provide patient education on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence. Qualifications Education: Master?s of Nursing Degree (MSN) required Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program required License/Certification: Current State of California Nurse Practitioner and Furnishing License required National certification as an NP required.
