As our next Clinical Nurse Manager
for Interventional Radiology you will be responsible for the strategic,
clinical, and operational oversight of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring
delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. The role encompasses
leadership in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
systems while also managing staffing, fiscal planning, performance improvement,
and regulatory compliance. This position actively promotes professional
development, ethical practice, research integration, and interdisciplinary
collaboration while fostering a safe, therapeutic, and inclusive care
environment. Reporting to the Director of Interventional Radiology, the Nurse
Manager serves as a key clinical and administrative leader, aligning unit-level
operations with broader organizational goals and patient experience standards.
You will be required to provide support to all radiology sites staffed by UCLA
Health. Primarily supporting the Northern Region of IR Clinics that included but are not limited to: Calabasas, Santa Clarita, North Hollywood, Encino, Westlake Village and any future IR clinics as well.
Salary Range: $157,000.00 –
$380,600.00 Annually
Qualifications

- Bachelors
and Master’s Degree (one degree must be in nursing) – required - Current
California RN license – required - ACLS,
BCLS and PALS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association –
required - At
least 3 years of acute care or management experience – required - Nursing
Professional Leadership Certification (ie: ANCC or AONE) – preferred - Knowledge
to manage disaster incidents, sentinel events and ability to problem solve with
Critical Thinking Skills - Ability
to evaluate the effective of interventions toward the attainment of established
goals and to recognize the need to reassess or reset goal parameters - Ability
to develop and implement and evaluate patient care plan actively involving
patients, family, and staff - Official
Transcripts and/or original diploma from a registered nursing program must be
provided upon hire
