Job Title: Sales Assistant II

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Assistant II to join our Client Services team. This role provides secretarial and administrative support to a manager-level professional or higher. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations using business software applications, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling incoming communications. The position also involves maintaining records and files, supporting department administrative needs, and occasionally assisting other clerical staff.
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
- Pay rate: $24/hr
- Contract assignment: Jan 6th – Feb 14th
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks, including preparing confidential documents (e.g., emails, reports, presentations).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and create agendas and summaries.
- Receive and direct calls, visitors, mail, and email.
- Provide occasional support to other administrative or clerical assistants.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma required
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an administrative role.
- Skills:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and spreadsheet software.
o Strong secretarial, written and verbal communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
