We are seeking an agile, customer-focused professional to provide high-quality office, administrative, and hospitality support across multiple sites in the DC/VA Metro Area. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a polished, professional demeanor. You will represent the client’s culture to visitors, employees, and partners, delivering exceptional service and operational support.
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $24.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Multiple sites across the DC/VA Metro Area (driving required; parking reimbursed)
Dress Code: Business Casual (solid black or khaki dress pants, solid colored polo shirt, solid black walking shoes; no jeans, gym pants, sandals, or Crocs

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff; provide tours, visitor badges, parking validation, and concierge support.
- Coordinate catering for meetings, manage conference room scheduling, and ensure set-up (supplies, A/V equipment, signage, etc.).
- Provide administrative support including clerical tasks, document handling, scanning, copying, and digital/mail services.
- Support shipping/receiving operations (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) and manage office supplies, inventory, and warehouse needs.
- Assist with hospitality functions (banquets, catering coordination, vendor relations, and events).
- Deliver professional support for executive-level staff, including proposals, travel arrangements, and client-facing activities.
- Provide A/V and technical support for meetings and presentations.
- Collaborate with site management to ensure facilities, records, and services meet expectations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall site operations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–3 years of experience in an office, administrative, or hospitality role (corporate/Headquarters setting preferred).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance (cover tattoos/piercings if required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Ability to take direction, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move items up to 400 lbs. with a hand truck.
- Reliable transportation to travel between sites (parking reimbursed)
