We are a growing construction firm focused on delivering quality, on-time projects. We pride ourselves on efficiency, integrity, and strong teamwork — and need an experienced Office Manager to support both our administrative and financial operations.

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a highly organized Office Manager with at least 5 years of experience in construction and strong QuickBooks skills. You will serve as the cornerstone of our administrative operations, handling bookkeeping, project support, and general office management to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks (accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger)

Prepare invoices, reconcile accounts, and support month-end close

Coordinate office operations: ordering supplies, vendor management, and maintaining office systems

Manage project documentation and contracts, including permits, change orders, and compliance files

Work with field teams to track job costs, prepare job-cost reports, and monitor project budgets

Support HR functions (onboarding, payroll coordination, time tracking)
Advanced Employment Services

Generate financial and operational reports for leadership

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in an office management role within construction or related industry

Proficient in QuickBooks Online or Desktop, with demonstrated accounting/bookkeeping experience

Strong understanding of job costing, A/R, A/P, and project budgeting

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and take initiative

Familiarity with construction industry terminology, documentation, and compliance preferred
