**Previous experience working in an automotive dealership, automotive services/motor club industry is REQUIRED**

Monday – Friday and some weekends

Position Summary:
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the dealership, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, service, parts, and finance departments. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of automotive dealership operations to maintain efficiency and support the dealership’s business goals.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role—preferably in an automotive dealership, automotive services/motor club industry
-Strong knowledge of dealership operations, including sales, F&I, service, and parts departments.
-Proficient in dealership management software (DMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems.
-Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
-Strong leadership and team management abilities.
-Knowledge of automotive industry regulations, DMV procedures, and compliance requirements is highly desirable.
-High school diploma required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage daily office operations, including reception, clerical, and administrative support.
-Supervise administrative staff and coordinate work assignments across departments.
-Maintain dealership records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
-Oversee vehicle inventory documentation, titles, and registration processing.
-Collaborate with sales, service, parts, and finance teams to ensure operational efficiency.
-Monitor and manage office budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships.
-Implement and maintain dealership policies, procedures, and internal controls.
-Coordinate HR-related functions such as onboarding, payroll, and employee records.
-Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed to ensure excellent service.
-Assist in reporting, performance tracking, and operational improvements.

-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
