Dynamic Tax Services firm is looking to hire MULTIPLE Office Coordinator’s/Office Manager’s to assist in a very busy work environment.

**Previous experience working for a Tax Services, Financial, Accounting, Business and Management Consulting, Legal Services, Tax Law services or similar professional services industry is preferred.***

  • Monday – Friday
  • 9am -5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations, serves as the primary point of contact for administrative support, client communications, and office support.
  • Coordinate daily office operations, including scheduling, mail handling, and supply management.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and vendors via phone, email, or in person.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, conference rooms, and internal meetings.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Maintain office systems, filing, and documentation in compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support accounting staff with administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and report generation.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, equipment, and other resources as needed.
  • Coordinate internal communications and ensure smooth workflow between departments.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping as directed by accounting staff.
  • Ensure a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office coordination, administration, or similar role, preferably in an accounting or professional services environment.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Education:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
