Job Title: Office Services Specialist

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as an Office Services Specialist. This position is responsible for managing the processing, scanning, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail. It involves efficiently completing high-volume copy, print, and scan tasks. The role also supports hospitality functions by setting up conference rooms and maintaining cleanliness and supplies in breakrooms and coffee stations. Additional duties include providing reception coverage during lunches and breaks, performing routine maintenance on copiers and printers, and operating equipment such as binding machines and postage meters. The role requires regular standing, walking, and lifting throughout the workday.
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Pay rate: $17.02 – $21.56 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Process, scan, and deliver incoming/outgoing mail
- Execute large copy, print, and scan jobs
- Set up hospitality in conference rooms and maintain breakrooms and coffee stations
- Provide backup reception support, including covering lunches and breaks
- Perform basic maintenance and daily upkeep on copiers and printers
- Use office equipment such as binding machines and postage meters
- Stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in office services, mailroom, or facilities support
- Legal industry experience preferred.
- Strong background in copy, mail, or hospitality services (expertise in all is ideal)
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Strong attention to detail and professional appearance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills, especially MS Office
