Job Title: Office Services Support
Contract: Temporary to Perm
Location: San Francisco, CA
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as an Office Services Support. You will be responsible for setting up hotel office spaces and preparing/breaking down conference rooms for day and evening events at a law firm. You will also provide coverage for reception during lunch and breaks. This is a physically active role that includes moving chairs and tables (no equipment use involved).
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Pay rate: $24/hr – $26/hr
Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down conference rooms for events and meetings
- Assist with day-to-day office space arrangements
- Cover front desk reception duties as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to staff and visitors
- Perform light administrative and facilities tasks as needed
- Ensure accuracy of incoming shipments and manage mail delivery
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (office administration, reception, or conference services)
- At least 2 years of experience in the legal industry highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift/move furniture (tables, chairs, etc.)
- Experience with copier equipment and basic electronics a plus
- Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures preferred
