Reporting to the Sales Planning & Reporting Manager of On Premise Analytics, your main responsibilities will include performing analyses and providing recommendations to support the On Premise Key Accounts teams. You will also understand essential business issues, gathering data, conducting analysis, and interpreting data with concurrently developing and streamlining KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting.

  • KEY ACCOUNTS ANALYSIS

    Analyze monthly data for Key Accounts to determine drivers and detractors in distribution and volume.

    Work with Key Accounts leadership to provide qualitative and quantitative analytic recommendations for external business reviews and partnership meetings.

    Contribute to the development of long-term segment strategy through data analytics.

    Assist Key Accounts teams to understand trends and opportunities across the business.

    Facilitate Key Account customer list maintenance to ensure clean and accurate reporting.

  • TRACKING AND REPORTING

    Refresh monthly reports to provide insights and state of the business updates to the Key Accounts Team

    Build top line scorecards and monthly highlights to share with Key Accounts stakeholders.

    Develop templates to track performance of new Key Account business partnerships.

    Provide quarterly business updates on top partners to cross-functional counterparts in the On Premise.

    Maintain reporting standards established by Santa Monica On Premise Analytics team, while providing feedback to apply insights and enhance tracking and reporting capabilities.

    Provide training to end-users on use of reports.

    Identify ways to simplify and improve reporting.

EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • 1 or more years of analytical experience. Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to translate raw data to insights and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills are a must: ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using programming languages (SQL, Python).
  • Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Experience using data manipulation tools to aggregate unstructured data from multiple sources.
  • Travel 0-10%
