Location: El Monte, CA 91731
Schedule: Thursday – Monday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Duration: 3 months with strong potential for extension

We’re seeking an exceptional Mailroom Lock Box Operator to join our fast-paced team in El Monte. About the Role:
As a Mailroom Lock Box Operator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our financial operations. You’ll handle, sort, and process banking-related mail and packages with accuracy and urgency—ensuring the seamless flow of critical information and funds.
Key Responsibilities:
Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail related to financial transactions
Scan and track packages accurately for proper delivery
Stock and manage mailroom supplies while maintaining compliance with strict banking protocols
Safely transfer mail and materials between departments
Uphold security, organization, and confidentiality within the banking environment
What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for candidates who bring a proven track record in operational excellence, ideally with:
Hands-on experience in mail sorting, scanning, and warehouse operations
Familiarity with lockbox processing, cash handling, or high-volume banknote processing (a plus!)
The ability to work efficiently in a production-style, deadline-driven environment
A keen eye for detail and unmatched organizational skills
Comfort with physical tasks, including lifting and moving packages
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
