This Operations Services Specialist Position Features:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Operations Services Specialist to support our back-office banking operations on a temporary assignment. This role is ideal for someone with experience in trust accounts, IRAs, CDs, escheatment, and legal processing (subpoenas and levies). If you thrive in a structured environment and have a strong grasp of banking operations Key Responsibilities – Process and manage trust accounts, IRAs, and certificates of deposit (CDs). Handle escheatment procedures for dormant accounts. Respond to and process subpoenas and levies in compliance with regulations. Support back-office operations with accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and compliance. We’re looking for High School diploma or GED (required). Experience in back-office banking operations (required). *Credit Union experience is a PLUS*. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
