AppleOne is currently partnering with a growing construction company. We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while managing relationships with existing clients. This role requires a proactive, relationship-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the design-build process and the ability to position natural stone products as both functional and aesthetic solutions. You’ll represent the company at client meetings, site visits, industry events, and trade shows—building partnerships that result in repeat business and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate new business by identifying and prospecting architects, designers, builders, general contractors, and developers

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and repeat business

· Conduct on-site visits to assess project needs and present tailored product and service solutions

· Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and follow-up communications

· Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, project management, fabrication) to ensure project success from quote to delivery

· Stay current on market trends, competitive products, and customer preferences in the stone and building materials industry

· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions

· Maintain CRM records and provide accurate forecasting and activity reporting to sales leadership

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in B2B outside sales, preferably in construction materials, stone, tile, or a related building product category

· Strong knowledge of the construction and design process, especially in the high-end residential or commercial sectors

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

· Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities

· Ability to read architectural drawings and blueprints (preferred but not required)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally/regionally to client sites

Preferred Experience:

· 3+ years of sales experience in the stone, tile, building materials, or construction industry

· Established network of contacts within the design/build community

· Experience working with luxury or custom residential projects
