Our goal is to combine education, patient advocacy, and evidence-based research to advance family medicine and geriatrics. The Primary Care Physician Assistant Program at USC is seeking an experienced PA to join our program as a Clinical Assistant Professor/Instructor of Family Medicine. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of didactic experience with a preference to those with didactic teaching experience. This position is for a full-time, non-tenure track 12-month clinical faculty appointment. General responsibilities include teaching and administration of courses, lectures, and facilitation of small group sessions; participation on various program committees; and evaluation and assessment of students. This position also includes some student advisement, participation in research or scholarly activity and service to the program, school, university, and community. The position will remain open until filled. Qualifications: Required: Masters degree in PA studies; current NCCPA certification; eligibility for California PA licensure; minimum of two years in PA practice. The annual base salary range for this position is $125,000 – $145,000.
