Are you passionate about digital media and high-impact journalism? We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a hybrid role based in New York City and offers an exciting opportunity to work on global digital marketing campaigns that drive subscriptions and engage audiences across world-renowned media brands.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Martech and Paid Media teams to plan, execute, optimize, and analyze performance-driven campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and DSPs through Google Campaign Manager 360.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end execution of digital media campaigns—from trafficking and QA to launch and analysis
  • Manage campaign timelines, asset delivery, tracking implementation, and taxonomy standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate delivery of creative assets and tracking tags
  • Conduct quality checks on marketing materials and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
  • Maintain accurate budget tracking, manage pacing, and assist in monthly reconciliation
  • Assist with tag implementation across platforms, especially Google conversion tags
  • Uphold best practices and ensure campaigns align with brand and performance goals

Qualifications:
Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years of experience in Martech, ad operations, or digital media trafficking
  • Proficiency with (Google Campaign Manager 360) and trafficking tools
  • Experience launching and optimizing campaigns across (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic platforms) *DV360 preferred*
  • Familiarity with additional platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Snap Ads, Bing Ads is a plus
  • Strong understanding of digital KPIs, tracking metrics, and performance analytics
  • High attention to detail and experience with media budget management and reconciliation
