We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys with complex cases and help deliver exceptional service to our clients.

What You’ll Do:
• Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests
• Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills
• Verify and document account balances with medical providers
• Assist with trial preparation, including jury instructions, trial exhibits, and subpoenas
• Manage court dockets and deadlines
• Draft settlement calculations and agreements
• Organize case files, maintain calendars, and handle other administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation
• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury law
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
