Are you a skilled paralegal with a passion for litigation and personal injury law? Join a dynamic legal team that values expertise, organization, and collaboration. We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys with complex cases and help deliver exceptional service to our clients.
What You’ll Do:
• Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests
• Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills
• Verify and document account balances with medical providers
• Assist with trial preparation, including jury instructions, trial exhibits, and subpoenas
• Manage court dockets and deadlines
• Draft settlement calculations and agreements
• Organize case files, maintain calendars, and handle other administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation
• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury law
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
