Pay: $80,000-$115,000 DOE

?? Key Responsibilities
Draft and respond to discovery requests
Prepare court filings and manage court deadlines
Draft professional correspondence and communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
Manage attorney calendars and schedule appointments, depositions, and hearings
Maintain and update case files in Filevine
Assist in all phases of litigation, including trial prep and support
Ensure compliance with California Civil Procedure and local court rules
? Qualifications
1–2 years of paralegal experience, with a focus on discovery
Fluent in Spanish (required)
Knowledge of California Civil Procedure and local court practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Filevine or similar case management software is a plus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment
