Knowledge of A1 Law Case Management software
Knowledge of EAMS/e-filing
Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task and work independently
Must be able to take initiative and be resourceful, detail orientation is KEY, be a team player, and have impeccable work ethic
Primary job duties include:
Assisting attorneys with case management
Responsible for daily interaction with clients, defense attorneys/adjusters and doctor offices
Responsible for entering/processing all legal and medical mail, including AMEs, PQMEs, etc.
Prepare correspondence to opposing attorney, and/or insurance company
Knowledge of screening and processing potential new client including but not limited to the screening, signing, and handling all initial paperwork
Responsible for managing calendar
Must be fully Covid-19 vaccinated
