- Location: Yardley, PA 19067
- Pay rate: $21.95 to $23.10
- Duration: 15 weeks with possible extensions and conversion
Seeking candidates with 3+ years’ experience looking to get their foot in the door at a reputable organization.
Responsibilities:
The Urgent Care Patient Services Representative (PSR) performs administrative duties using specific knowledge of medical terminology, services and procedures provided in a fast paced Urgent Care environment. Interacts with a multi-cultural population of diverse socioeconomic backgrounds, ages and levels of education. Reports to the Health Center Manager and works under the direct supervision of the Lead Patient Services Representative.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have one year of clerical and/or customer service experience in a medical, dental, optometry or mental health office. Urgent care experience preferred.
- Proficiency with use of computers and basic programs is required. Previous experience with Electronic Health Records system is desirable.
