Immediate need for patient services representative. High School Diploma, experience with patient check in/out, medical insurance, referral processes, and benefit plans and 1+ year of recent (within the last 2-3 years) experience working in an outpatient clinic or medical office setting will be keys to success in this dynamic organization. Will be responsible for greeting patients and assist in resolving patient concerns and escalating as appropriate, check patients in/out and collect co-payments, give receipts, and reconcile payments and process and track referrals and authorizations for various insurance types for Healthcare Services company.
