Immediate need for payroll clerk. 3 years’ experience with processing California payroll, 3 years’ experience processing payroll in ADP Workforce Now and 3 years’ experience using Excel, Word, Outlook including experience working with advanced formulas such as Vlookup in Excel will be keys to success in this stable organization. Will be responsible for processing multi-state payrolls (bi-weekly and off-cycles) in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring data in ADP Workforce Now is accurate and up to date by supporting the employment maintenance in the system and researching, analyzing, resolving discrepancies, and conducting periodic audits on time records, carrier systems, ADP Workforce Now and other systems for Banking and Consumer Lending company.
