Pediatric Endocrinology – Assistant Clinical Professor – Health Sciences Series University of California Los Angeles Requisition Number: JPF10847 The Division of Pediatric Endocrinology is searching for a junior faculty physician-scientist to build a bench research program focused on understanding the mechanisms of obesity and/or type 2 diabetes. Applicants should have evidence of obtaining intramural and extramural funding and be ready to submit grants to help launch their laboratory. Academic rank will be commensurate with experience. Applicants must be board certified/eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology. Duties include primarily patient care, along with teaching of fellows and residents, and participation in research or other scholarly endeavors that will lead to academic promotion.
