Immediate need for a Personal Injury Case Manager. This role includes client contact, requesting medical records, and scheduling. You will also be asked to manage and report claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution while prepping files for submittal. Keys to hire is being able to work in a fast pace environment, detail orientation, ability to communicate at all times, and have an overall understanding of the injury claims process.
