Our firm is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service, and we’re seeking a motivated professional who shares that commitment. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a small, collaborative team including 1 attorney, 1 paralegal, and 2 legal assistants while managing a meaningful caseload and contributing directly to client outcomes.

What You’ll Do
• Provide top-tier client service, keeping clients informed and supported throughout their case.
• Manage and organize damage information, medical records, and case documentation.
• Prepare demand packages and settlement proposals, demand preparation is key in this role.
• Draft settlement calculations and agreements with strong attention to detail.
• Ensure cases move forward efficiently and proactively track case progress.
• Perform general clerical tasks: scheduling appointments, drafting routine correspondence, managing mail, and assisting with day-to-day client communication.

What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury paralegal experience (non-negotiable).
• Experience managing high-volume caseloads (50–70 claims).
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, most clients are Spanish-speaking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with comfort handling consistent client contact.
• Excellent time management, organization, and ability to thrive in a busy environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with Neos or Needles/Neos is a major plus.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and proactive.
• Notary is a plus, but not required.
• Fully in-office role (no hybrid/remote options).
