Immediate need for a Commercial Portfolio Manager experienced with managing retail assets. In this role you will do the following:

-Oversee a staff of janitorial, parking, security and engineering
-Create budgets
-Prepare CAM estimates and reconciliations
-Oversee construction management for TI and CAPX projects
-Handle tenant relations
-Other duties as assigned

Requirements;
Must have an active real estate license
Must have recent Commercial retail property management experience
