Location: Maple Grove, MN 55311
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Dress Code: Business Casual
We are seeking a Site Lead to oversee print and mail services at our Maple Grove location. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, including mail runs, wide-format printing and finishing, supply stocking, MFD key-op and service calls, as well as tracking daily and monthly metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily site operations and manage a small team.
Perform mail runs, print jobs, supply stocking, and service calls.
Track and report daily and monthly metrics.
Manage customer service interactions and maintain a positive work culture.
Train and develop team members, providing coaching and performance feedback.
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Monitor staffing and assign tasks efficiently to meet production demands.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams to ensure service quality.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
3-5 years of relevant work experience in B2B or technical fields.
2+ years of managerial or leadership experience preferred.
3-5 years of customer-facing work experience required.
