Print & Mail Operations Associate
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76155
Pay Rate: $18–$20/hr (based on experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Print & Mail Operations Associate to support daily document printing and mailing operations. This role works as part of a team to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and daily production deadlines. Candidates with experience in print production, mailroom operations, or mailing equipment will be successful in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Operate printing and mailing equipment
Assist with daily document production and mailing deadlines
Work closely with team members to meet SLAs
Perform quality checks on printed and mailed materials
Maintain organization and accuracy throughout production
Stand for extended periods while operating equipment
Lift materials and supplies up to 50 lbs as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1–2 years of experience in print, mailroom, office services, or related work
Familiarity with printing and mailing technology preferred
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Basic PC skills and ability to follow procedures
Good organization and time-management skills
Physical & Work Environment
Office / production environment
Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout shift
Lifting up to 50–55 lbs
Use of office machines and technical equipment
Moderate dexterity (keyboard, hand tools, eye-hand coordination)
