About the Role

We are seeking a Print Management First Responder / IT Support professional to support a hospital environment. This is a hands-on role focused on troubleshooting printers, resolving technical issues, and providing excellent customer service to end users.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot printer issues and clear paper jams

Deliver and replace toner supplies

Assist with new printer installations

Provide basic IT and hardware support

Communicate effectively with hospital staff

Lift up to 50 lbs when installing equipment

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

IT Help Desk or technical support experience required

Strong troubleshooting and PC skills

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Flu shot required

Work Environment

Hospital / office setting

Standing, walking, bending as needed

Use of basic hand tools
