Pay Rate: $17.02 – $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00PM Mon – Fri

Job Summary
We are seeking a Print Production Associate to support print operations inside a manufacturing facility. This role works in a print shop environment using high-volume printers to produce manuals, booklets, and other documents that support appliance production. Training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
Operate high-volume printers to produce manuals, pamphlets, and booklets
Scan and organize documents
Deliver completed print jobs to designated factory areas
Maintain accuracy, quality, and organization of print requests
Provide excellent customer service to internal teams
Follow safety and workplace guidelines
?? This is a print-only role (no mailroom duties)
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
1–2 years of related experience preferred (print/copy center a plus)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (paper cases)
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility as needed
Dress Code
Steel-toed shoes required on factory floor
Business casual attire otherwise
Work Environment
Print shop located within a manufacturing facility
Normal lighting, temperature, and noise levels
