Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Print Production Specialist to join our team. This role involves handling various printing requests for different department, ensuring timely and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process print requests including cards, letters, envelopes, agendas, budget books, and occasionally large-format posters.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple print jobs, especially during rush orders.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for print production tasks.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all print jobs.

Qualifications:

  • Strong adaptability, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to pivot and manage immediate needs while maintaining the printing queue.
  • Print production experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
