We are seeking a Print Production Specialist to join our team in Marlborough, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience in print production and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, adaptability to shifting priorities, and the ability to operate various bindery equipment.
Location: 250 Campus Dr, Marlborough, MA 01752
Pay Rate: Up to $19.86/hr
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Dress Code: Long pants (no jeans, capris, shorts), closed-toe shoes required.
Parking: Free parking available (except loading docks, marked visitor spaces, and parking garage).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate high-volume duplicating and document imaging equipment.
  • Adjust scanner and copier settings for high-quality output.
  • Perform binding, finishing work, and quality control checks.
  • Ship and receive products, ensuring correct sorting and distribution.
  • Maintain copier equipment and handle minor troubleshooting.
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, applying necessary postage.
  • Organize and distribute office supplies and documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
  • Perform occasional light maintenance and meeting room setups.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a related field preferred.
  • Experience in print production is a plus.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe software is a bonus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable lifting and moving packages up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
