We’re hiring a Lead Print Services Associate to manage the daily operations of a busy Copy Center. This role involves operating high-volume print and finishing equipment, overseeing production workflow, and ensuring top-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

-Operate and maintain copy, print, and finishing equipment
-Manage print jobs from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and specs are met
-Communicate with clients and clarify job requirements
-Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate repairs
-Monitor supplies and keep inventory stocked
-Lead a positive and professional work environment

Requirements:

-High School Diploma/GED
-Experience in a print/copy center, ideally in a lead role
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-1–2 years of experience in a customer service, office support, or facilities role (preferred)
-Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Friendly, dependable, and self-motivated attitude
-Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
-Detail-oriented and organized
