Job Title: Procedure Writer
Location: Charlotte, NC 28202

Project Overview:

Join our team to support a Fortune 500 banking client by helping to create and update essential desktop procedure materials. This role involves working with a team focused on managing a backlog of assignments, while permanent team members focus on other key projects. If you’re a skilled procedure writer looking for a dynamic environment, this is an exciting opportunity!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write detailed procedures for Microsoft products.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather information and clarify requirements.
  • Update and finalize drafts for publishing teams.
  • Maintain high productivity, delivering 20-50 procedures per month.

Training:

  • Duration: 2 weeks to 1 month, depending on progress.
  • You will receive mentorship throughout the training period.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop-level procedure writing, ideally within a financial environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of Jira.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong willingness to ask questions and seek clarification when needed.
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
