Are you an experienced production leader with a passion for quality and efficiency? Join our growing team in Sacramento as a Shift Supervisor in our food manufacturing facility!

What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily production and packaging operations
Lead and support a team to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Operate and supervise use of forklifts and pallet jacks
Maintain accurate records using basic computer systems

What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of experience as a shift supervisor in a manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience with forklifts and pallet jacks
Basic computer proficiency (e.g., data entry, email, production tracking)
Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Food manufacturing experience is a plus
