WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
The Injection Molding Supervisor is responsible for overseeing material flow across injection molding and annealing processes for 14 machines and a team of 16 employees (Team Leads, Process Technicians, and Operators).
This role focuses on driving efficiency, quality, and operational excellence through a zero-defect approach, ensuring parts are made right the first time. The supervisor will collaborate closely with engineering, tooling/machine shop, assembly, and supply chain teams to support process improvements, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop SOPs and Work Instructions. Additional responsibilities include leading setup time reduction initiatives, monitoring downtime, implementing productivity measurement systems, managing recycling programs for scrap and purge, ensuring equipment maintenance, scheduling and executing employee training, and driving WCM cost-saving projects –all while maintaining a strong focus on employee safety and accurate production reporting.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (required)
- Master’s Degree in Engineering is (preferred)
- 5+ years manufacturing experience in supervising plastic injection molding and annealing processes. (required)
- Excellent analytical skills, hands-on approach, proactive safety approach and sense of urgency in problem solving required. Ability to read blueprints and do FMEA & PFMEA analysis (required)
- Familiarity with MRP system(s) like SAP/QAD (required)
- Six signa green belt (preferred)
- Background in WCM (World Class Manufacturing) or similar cost-saving initiatives. (preferred)

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $79,500 to $123,500 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $87,450 to $135,850. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
