We are seeking a detail-oriented Programmer Analyst to manage and maintain our credentialing processes, ensuring all data complies with departmental, regulatory, and accreditation standards. 

In this key role, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with a variety of teams and partners, including the Credentials Verification Organization (CVO), Medical Staff Coordinators and Managers (MSO) across Reagan, Resnick, and Santa Monica Hospitals, Faculty Practice Group (FPG)/UCLA Medical Group, Graduate Medical Education (GME), ISS, Venice Family Clinic, Orthopaedic Institute for Children, CareConnect, Cornerstone, Marketing, and Human Resources. 
  • Streamline processes and minimizing turnaround times
  • Manage data and generate reports as the system administrator 
  • Perform other essential administrative responsibilities to support the department’s success 

Salary: $83,800-$179,400/annually

Qualifications

We’re seeking a talented individual with:

Required:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in
    Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Statistics, or other
    relevant science field with a minimum of 5 years related work experience
    with data collection systems, data management and data analysis will be
    considered in lieu of education.
  • Proficient in SQL and
    Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong critical thinking
    and problem-solving skills
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent oral and written
    communication skills
  • Experience managing
    multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:

  • One or more years of
    experience with Crystal Reports
  • One or more years of experience
    with MS SQL Server tools
  • One or more years of experience
    with Management tools (Lean, Six-sigma, Agile, ITIL)
