Join the corporate office of three successful global industrial coatings specialty contractors as a Project Accountant. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional with proven accounting experience to support project financials and ensure accurate, timely reporting that drives smart decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter job registrations into the accounting system, including contract values and budgets
Assist in preparing and maintaining project folders (contracts, insurance, specs, submittals, etc.)
Participate in project kick-off and close-out meetings
Request certificates of insurance and file preliminary notices
Prepare and submit monthly customer billings
Support production teams with project changes (PCOs, COs)
Collaborate with the Controller on various accounting tasks
Assist with additional projects as needed

What You Bring:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team environment
Familiarity with general office equipment and record-keeping practices
Understanding of hiring practices and payroll law
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the construction industry
Familiarity with Sage 100 Contractor software
