Construction Company looking to hire Construction Project Coordinators with a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in office support roles.

The project coordinator demonstrate their ability to understand and comply with company, project, contractual requirements, and to provide clear and accurate documentation. Will organize, file, and track all project coordination and correspondence. Develop and maintain bid packages to subcontractors and vendors. Scope out subcontractors and vendors and issue purchase orders. Assist Project Managers with managing work sequences, long lead items, procurement, and project schedules. Follow up via phone and email.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Pay is DOE

On-site M-F 8-5pm
