Our team is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to support operational tasks, administrative planning, and project coordination

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage purchasing, invoices, POs, contracts, and budget tracking
-Schedule executive forums and coordinate cross-functional meetings
-Plan site visits with HR leads (town halls, listening sessions, etc.)
-Track and manage updates across multiple stakeholder groups
-Support ongoing projects while handling immediate priorities

Requirements:

-Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
-Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
-Experience managing confidential info and coordinating across teams
-Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Process-oriented with excellent attention to detail
-High School Diploma
