What You’ll Do
You will manage end-to-end coordination for a large portfolio of active projects. Your daily responsibilities include:
Tracking and scheduling projects in Work-It
Coordinating S/4HANA service orders
Managing customer inspections, permits, easement requests, and field activities
Communicating project updates to customers and internal stakeholders
Submitting and managing work requests
Handling data management, scheduling for meter service, and reporting
Utilizing Excel, Power BI, SAP/Design Manager (training available for some tools)
What Makes You a Strong Candidate
This role requires independence, ownership, and the ability to manage competing priorities across 100–150 active projects. We’re looking for:
Project Management or Project Coordination experience (required)
Strong scheduling, data management, and task tracking abilities
Experience submitting and managing work requests
Construction or utility background (highly preferred)
Tools/Systems:
Excel – intermediate preferred
Power BI – able to interpret dashboards and analytics
SAP / Design Manager – trainable
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management
Ability to balance heavy workloads with accuracy and consistency
High School Diploma or equivalent
