Senior Project Manager – ERP & Finance Transformation

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives focused on ERP implementations and finance transformation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in enterprise systems, project governance, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of delivering large-scale programs on time and within scope, while mentoring teams and promoting project management best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage large and/or complex programs and projects across multiple business units.
Develop detailed project plans, charters, and schedules aligned with organizational goals.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Oversee ERP system implementations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, PeopleSoft).
Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and progress to ensure successful delivery.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings to plan, schedule, and align resources.
Communicate project status to stakeholders through reports and formal presentations.
Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies and standards.
Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and timeline challenges.
Mentor and coach other project managers, contributing to the development of best practices.
Support organizational change initiatives and process improvement efforts.
Represent the project management function to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager (Level III/IV or equivalent).
At least 3 years of experience managing finance transformation projects.
At least 3 years of experience leading ERP implementations.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of project delivery: scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and communication.
Experience with process improvement and technology integration.
Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and mentoring peers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and build collaborative relationships across departments.
