Position Summary We are looking for a full-time project coordinator with design experience to support the CEB Production Services team for a 12-month contract. This person will manage a list of graphic content and deliverables to prepare them for production; creating or updating design materials and ensuring quality assurance across numerous templates for print and digital This position requires project management skills and the ability to prioritize numerous overlapping tasks and deadlines. Salary & Compensation *UCLA provides a full pay range. Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. Qualifications Publication Experience Previous experience with print and digital publications (Preferred) Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines and exacting in detail work. (Required) High level of attention to detail when proofing materials for publication (Required) Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholders (Required) Ability to interpret needs of customer and demonstrates understanding of communications based design techniques. (Required) Advanced-level skills in Adobe Creative suite applications, or other design programs such as Illustrator and InDesign (Required) Ability to work with flexible and dynamic deliverables (Required) Education, Licenses, Certifications & Personal Affiliations Bachelor’s Degree Bachelor’s degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training (Required) Special Conditions for Employment Background Check: Continued employment is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background investigation.
