AppleOne is proud to present:
ASAP – The Quality Manager will develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Management System (OMS) Development & Implementation:
- Establish, implement, and maintain the QMS in compliance with ISO standards and industry best practices.
- Revise and update policies and procedures as required.
2. Supplier L Customer Quality Assurance:
- Conduct quality audits on all suppliers and manage customer audit requirements.
- Manage customer complaints and corrective action requests as appropriate.
3. Quality Control & Process Improvement:
- Lead parts inspection process
- Calibrate inspection equipment and maintain calibration records
- Coordinate handling of all rejected parts with Sales, Accounting, and Shipping.
- Assist in periodic or special inventory audits and reconcile physical counts.
Qualifications L Background Requirements
- Proven experience with relevant quality management system standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and statistical analysis techniques.
- Experience in supplier quality assurance and conducting audits.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings, technical specifications, Mil Specs and engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and bias for action
