Job Title: Quality Assurance Team Lead – Financial Operations
Location: West Des Moines, IA
Duration: 12 months (Potential for extension/conversion)
Pay Rate: $47/hr

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Team Lead to join a Fortune 500 banking client. This role focuses on supporting financial operations with an emphasis on contract review, onboarding, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will act as a QA liaison, providing guidance and oversight to two teams, while collaborating with business leaders to address and resolve trends and process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a QA Liaison, supporting and guiding two teams through dotted-line leadership.
  • Conduct analysis of QA findings and identify areas for improvement.
  • Review and resolve disputes and appeals related to contracts and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to monitor and address trending opportunities.
  • Provide oversight for onboarding processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services, banking, or related industries is required.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and team leadership roles.
  • Expertise in contract review, onboarding processes, and dispute resolution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
