Aerospace Quality Assurance Engineer will ensure the safety, reliability, and compliance of aerospace systems and components. This role involves overseeing quality processes throughout the product lifecycle—from design and manufacturing to testing and delivery—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold industry standards and drive continuous improvement.
3+ years experience:
-Evaluate aerospace systems and components to ensure they meet internal and regulatory quality standards
-Design and implement testing procedures for aerospace products
-Investigate and resolve quality issues during production and post-delivery
-Collaborate with engineering, production, and regulatory teams to integrate quality assurance protocols
-Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement
-Develop and maintain quality control documentation and reporting systems
-Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with aviation regulations
-Implement corrective actions based on root cause analysis
-Monitor supplier quality and ensure material/component compliance
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality processes

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
