RCSA/BSA/AML Project Manager 3
Duration: 47 Weeks with a possibility of becoming FTE.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to spearhead and coordinate BSA/AML remediation efforts across Front Line groups at a leading Fortune 500 company. In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for driving complex, enterprise-level programs within the Financial Crimes space, ensuring successful execution of key strategic initiatives while managing stakeholder relationships across various business lines.

As a Project Manager 3, you will work closely with senior leadership across Independent Risk Management, Corporate Functions, and Front Line teams. Ideal to have a strong background in project management, risk management, and a proven ability to deliver large-scale solutions in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership, providing insights to drive performance and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement presentations and information delivery for senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of complex BSA/AML challenges requiring solid analytical skills and deep Business Execution expertise.
  • Provide direction to cross-functional teams, ensuring successful execution of high-priority, large-scale projects.
  • Facilitate team meetings and steering committees to support decision-making and implementation.
  • Serve as an experienced advisor across multiple lines of business, influencing positive outcomes.
  • Deliver innovative business solutions while managing cross-organizational implementation.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
  • 7+ years of Project Management/Execution experience, particularly within complex regulatory environments.
  • Experience working within the Financial Services Industry, with a focus on BSA/AML, risk, compliance, and regulatory programs.
  • Strong understanding of BSA/AML and Sanctions regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to manage executive-level reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent coordination, organizational skills, and ability to perform under tight deadlines.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of consulting, risk, compliance, or operations experience.
  • Change Management and Program Management expertise.
  • Experience working in large transformational programs within the financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as process improvements, continuous improvement, or LEAN.
  • Knowledge of APIP (Action Plan Implementation Platform) for regulatory programs is a plus.
  • RCSA (Risk Control Self-Assessment) experience is beneficial.
