Front Desk Receptionist Dynamic logistics company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment. Interested candidates Must have a background as a receptionist. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests professionally. Answer and direct phone calls efficiently. Manage mail and courier services. Coordinate meeting schedules and room bookings. Provide administrative support to various departments. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Qualifications: MUST HAVE – Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist in a professional setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. (Word & Excel) Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong customer service orientation.
